Schwarzmüller tipper vehicles are used by the construction industry, the waste disposal and recycling industry as well as agriculture for local and long-distance transport. Because there is the perfect tipper for every load type and every application.
Schwarzmüller has turned lightweight construction into a core competence. In order to reduce dead weight, high-strength special steel such as Naxtra is used, which also increases wear resistance and service life. Aluminium components are also used to reduce weight. With the segment trough tipper trailer, the chassis and trough can be made of aluminium or steel and combined. Aluminium tipper boxes can be equipped with a steel wearing floor that extends the service life and can be replaced separately. There are similar options for the box body.
Schwarzmüller supplies the wide range of equipment for simple, secure and efficient handling ex works: Discharge funnels precisely position transport goods in a silo; dosing devices deliver the bulk material in a controlled manner; steering trailer axles ensure particularly tight turning circles; tarpaulin covering mechanisms can be operated with a remote control from the driver’s cab. Operating easily, work securely, get things done efficiently is the manufacturer’s objective.
With sliding floor vehicles, Europe’s largest niche manufacturer of commercial vehicles relies on maximum flexibility when it comes to the possible uses – be it palletised goods, bulk goods, rolls or long material. This applies to the standard version as well as to vehicles that are manufactured according to specific customer requirements. Schwarzmüller offers two variants. A sliding floor vehicle made entirely of aluminium – from the chassis, and the side and cross members to the body. With a dead weight of seven tons, it is one of the lightest vehicles on the market. The second variant is configured with doors on the left side, which is why it is designed with a chassis made of high-strength steel. The advantages of this option are particularly evident in the time saved when loading and unloading pallets.
Depending on customer requirements, the design and configuration of the sliding floor can be individually adjusted. The sliding floor semi-trailer from Schwarzmüller makes it possible for bulk goods to be completely emptied using movable floor profiles with standard 21 aluminium boards. An optional variant with 15 floor boards saves an additional 70 kilograms in weight, but is only suitable for bulk material. The optional protective floor tarpaulin, which is stored on a roll in the frame at the rear, prevents the floor profiles from becoming contaminated and encourages a long service life. Sophisticated solutions for storing aids and tools, as well as an optional elevating roof combined with the side doors, make the loading and unloading process even easier and save valuable operating time, especially when handling pallets.
