Tipping loading ramp

All-steel welded construction in elastic membrane design.
Additional reinforcement in the form of a single fine-grained special steel panel, 12 mm, with continuously
welded, closely ribbed trapezoidal struts below (stone version).

Side walls/posts

Fixed front wall, approx. 6 mm thick and approx. 1,500 mm high with solid supports and forward-angled corner posts.
Cab protection with lashing eyes and shovel bracket on front wall as well as fixed ladder on outside front.

Continuous side walls made from approx. 85/6 mm thick HB wear-resistant steel, type 450, approx. 1,100 mm high.

Fixed right side wall with tapering inside corners and solid corner joints,
as well as fixed chute side panels.

Left side wall with hydraulic Schwarzmüller side wall folding mechanism based on dual-action protected cylinder at front and electr. control from cab (switch must already be installed - necessary 7-pin socket provided on STT); quick and convenient folding for exact dosage and rapid closing controlled via pneum. 3-way valve.
Incl. piano hinges and autom. locks for simple opening and closing up to 160° swivel angle from cab; non-swinging.
Short side wall chute panel at front to limit direction of dumped materials to the front!

Hydraulic rear wall flap, approx. 700 mm high, with hydr. locking controlled via dual-action cylinder and pneum. 3-way valve.
